


Refund and Rescheduling Policy
Refunds:
We do not offer refunds for no refunds for any service, class, or digital product. Refunds are only provided if we are unable to fulfill your booking and you will be notified by email if this occurs.
No Show: If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Please note: gift certificates must be used within two years of purchase.
Cancellations and Rescheduling:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may result in a forfeiture of the payment .
Special Events:
In the event of cancellation or rescheduling for an event booking, the following terms shall apply:
i. Cancellation or rescheduling made at least 14 days prior to the Event will incur no charges.
ii. Cancellation or rescheduling made within 7 to 14 days prior to the Event will result in the Client paying 50% of the agreed-upon fee.
iii. Cancellation or rescheduling made less than 7 days prior to the Event will result in the Client paying 100% of the agreed-upon fee.
